Yes. We visit, measure and send a written line-item quote at no cost. There is no obligation and no deposit is taken at that stage.
Small repairs and handyman work are usually booked within the week. Full renovations typically start two to six weeks out, depending on the season and the trades involved.
Nothing changes without a written variation you approve first. Anything unexpected behind a wall is photographed, priced and sent to you before work continues.
All workmanship carries a two-year warranty, on top of whatever the manufacturer provides on materials and appliances.
Yes. Where a job needs a permit, we file it, schedule the inspection and meet the inspector on site so you do not have to take a day off work.
For most projects, yes. We agree protected routes, isolate work areas with zip walls and dust extraction, and confirm in advance the specific days water or power will be off.
We do — offices, retail units and multi-unit residential, on both reactive call-out and planned preventative maintenance agreements.
Larger projects are staged against milestones set out in the estimate. There is no large deposit before work starts, and the final payment falls due after the snag walkthrough.
