A deck is a structure, not a surface. We size joists and beams for the span, set posts on helical piles or properly poured footings below the frost line, and use hidden fasteners and joist tape so the frame outlives the boards.
Composite, cedar and pressure-treated options are quoted side by side with honest maintenance expectations for each. Railings, integrated step lighting, privacy screens and pergolas are all built in-house rather than subcontracted.
