Estimates

Written estimates are free and valid for thirty days. An estimate becomes a contract only when you accept it in writing and we confirm a start date.

Variations

If conditions on site differ from what was visible at survey, we stop, photograph the issue, and issue a written variation. Work on the affected item resumes only once you approve it.

Payment

Larger projects are invoiced against the milestones set out in the estimate. Invoices are due within seven days unless agreed otherwise in writing. The final payment falls due after the snag walkthrough is complete.

Warranty

Workmanship is warranted for two years from completion. Materials and appliances carry the manufacturer warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alteration by others, or lack of routine maintenance.

Cancellation

You may cancel before work begins at no cost, other than materials already ordered specifically for your project. Once work has started, cancellation is charged for labour and materials up to that point.
