The emergency line is answered by a person, not a voicemail box. The first job is always to make the property safe and stop the damage spreading: isolate the water, board and secure openings, tarp the roof, restore heat.
Once the situation is stable we photograph everything for your insurer and quote the permanent repair separately, so you are never pressured into signing a large scope at midnight.
