Commercial work is judged on response time and paperwork. We agree response windows in writing, carry the insurance and certification your managing agent will ask for, and can work outside trading hours where the unit cannot close.
Planned preventative maintenance schedules, fit-out and refurbishment, make-good at lease end, and reactive call-outs are all covered, with job sheets and photographs attached to every invoice for your records.
