Most roof leaks are flashing failures, not shingle failures, which is why we trace the water path before quoting rather than recommending a full replacement on sight. You get photographs of the actual defect with the estimate.
We carry out storm damage repairs, valley and chimney flashing replacement, ridge ventilation, gutter and downpipe renewal, and complete architectural shingle re-roofs with a new underlayment and ice barrier. Emergency make-safe visits are available the same day.
