A kitchen is the hardest room in the house to get right, because six trades have to hand over to each other in the correct order. We sequence the whole job from one programme: strip-out and disposal, first-fix plumbing and electrics, floor levelling, cabinet installation, worktop templating, then tiling, second fix and appliance commissioning.
You get a measured plan and elevations before anything is ordered, so you can see where the bin, the kettle and the dishwasher end up while it is still cheap to change your mind. Most full kitchens are complete in eight to twelve working days on site, and we leave you with a working sink and a temporary run wherever the schedule allows.
