Full basement conversion: framing, boarding, kitchenette, bathroom and luxury vinyl plank throughout.
An unfinished basement turned into a self-contained suite — framing, insulation, boarding and finishing, a compact kitchenette with full-height units and stainless appliances, a three-piece bathroom, and luxury vinyl plank laid across the whole floor. Recessed lighting was set out to keep the run of the hallway looking deliberate rather than dotted.
