Painting
Interior and exterior decoration: correct preparation, correct primer, cut lines you can inspect closely.
Preparation is most of the job and most of the price. Filling, sanding, caulking and priming are itemised separately in our estimates so you can see exactly what you are paying for, rather than a single line reading “paint house”.
Interior work is done with dust sheets down, hardware removed rather than masked, and two full coats over primer. Exterior work is scheduled around temperature and dew point, with any rot, loose caulk or failed sealant repaired before we coat over it.
