We board, tape and finish to a level five finish where the light is going to catch it, and level four everywhere else — and we will tell you which rooms genuinely need which, instead of charging for the highest specification throughout.
Patch repairs after a leak, an old doorway or a removed wall are matched to the surrounding texture so the repair disappears under paint. Dust is controlled with extraction sanders and zip walls, which matters when the rest of the house is occupied.
