Nine out of ten flooring complaints trace back to the subfloor. We check moisture content, level to tolerance and fix any squeaks or movement before a single board goes down, because no underlay hides a dip once furniture sits on it.
We install engineered and solid hardwood, luxury vinyl tile, ceramic and porcelain, and carpet, with matched trims, thresholds and skirting so the transitions look deliberate. Acclimatisation time is built into the programme rather than skipped to hit a date.
