Basement finishing
Damp control, insulation and framing that turn dead square footage into rooms you will use.

Every finished basement stands or falls on what happens before the plasterboard. We start with moisture: gutters and grading outside, then a diagnosis of any water ingress inside. Only once the space is dry and monitored do we install the drainage membrane, insulation and framing.
From there it is a normal room — egress-compliant windows, proper ceiling height, sound insulation under the floor above, and enough circuits that you are not running a home office off an extension lead. Guest suites, offices, gyms and legal rental units are all common finishes.
