What we collect

When you submit an estimate request we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected and anything you type into the project details field. Our web server also records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type.

Why we collect it

We use your details to contact you about the work you asked us to quote, to schedule a site visit, and to send the written estimate. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties except where a subcontractor or supplier needs it to complete your job.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to completed work are retained for the length of the workmanship warranty plus any period required by tax and insurance law.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the contact page and we will respond within thirty days.
