Curling, blistered shingles stripped back to deck and replaced with architectural shingles, new vents and flashings.
The original roof had lost most of its granule surface and was cupping along every course — the point at which patching stops being economical. We stripped back to the deck, replaced the damaged sheathing, laid new underlayment and ice barrier, then finished in charcoal architectural shingles with new vents and step flashing at the chimney.
